  • This no-cost session is designed to help you and your registered psychologist determine whether our online psychology or supervision services are the right fit for your needs.

    Who it’s for: Anyone considering therapy anyone who wants to explore options, clarify goals, or confirm readiness for services.

    What to expect: A focused, confidential conversation in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. The clinician will outline suggested next steps and, if appropriate, recommend a care plan tailored to your situation.

    How to prepare: Think about the main concern you want to address and any questions about therapy logistics. No paperwork required in advance.

  • This session is for people who have received a mental health care plan from their GP. You will be entitled to a number of sessions (up to 6) in your initial “block” of your care plan, followed by an additional number (up to 4), after visiting the GP with recommendations from your registered Psychologist.

    You will be entitled to a rebate when using your Medicare referral, that will be deposited into the account you have set up with Medicare. Prices shown are before the rebate.

  • This is for people who are plan or self managed under the NDIS and have Improved Daily Living Funding. We will be working on Psychological skills in alignment with your goals.

    Please bring along your plan goals and plan dates.

    Price: $232.99

  • This is for people who would like to use their health fund. It’s important for you to check if you have this as an extra, as you will be claiming from your health fund for Psychology. Private can also be for when you are waiting for your NDIS plan or if you have finished your Mental Health Care Plan.

    Price: $200

    If you are with a private health fund, this will depend on your cover.

  • This is for all levels of behaviour support practitioner who are looking for supervision.

    We can discuss your needs and other requirements that aren’t face to face such as reviewing and editing reports etc, to have a tailored approach to your wants and needs. It’s important to note that I do not register any businesses, I only supervise individuals.

Assessment Process- ADHD

  • An initial chat that goes for an hour to help get a little bit of a background on what’s brought you in for assessment

  • These are some brief assessment screeners to examine your presenting symptoms and suggest if it’s worth continuing your assessment or if it is more likely that something else may better explain your symptoms

  • You will receive your brief report with your recommendations about how to proceed via email. If you choose to proceed, continue on. If not your journey can pivot into sessions, or alternative assessment you can discuss with your AHPRA Registered Psychologist.

  • If you continue with you assessment, you’ll book in for a 2 hour interview to explore history, and symptoms more in depth, often pairing these with additional assessments

  • Extra assessment will be sent to you via email, in addition to requesting that a family member or someone who has known you well for 12+ months be able to have a short interview or answer some assessments too

  • It takes a little time to synthesise all of that information and interviews and assessments! It’ll take a couple of weeks to get your ADHD report back

  • If you would like, feel free to book in a consult to walk through your assessment to explain the finer details and recommendations

Assessment Process- NDIS/Functional Capacity

  • This 60 interview allows us to get a little more insight into your goals, struggles, strengths and the purpose for our assessment. If it’s gaining more information for the NDIS or an application to demonstrate your functional capacity, we can help.

  • We will be able to send out some assessments to you or anyone involved with your care and engagement to gather some additional and formal assessment based on your goals

  • We break this up to reduce fatigue and burnout, feel free to ask to combine it! But this interview is often an additional 60-90 mins to clarify some information from your assessment.

  • It takes a little time to synthesise all of that information and interviews and assessments! It’ll take a couple of weeks to get your report back with your recommendations.

  • If you would like, feel free to book in a consult to walk through your assessment to explain the finer details and recommendations

  • As this is charged as a whole process, and is extremely comprehensive, this is charged at $2000
